Masterclass 2026

The Úterý Organ Masterclass 2026 will take place on August 25-30, 2026. The lecturer will be Professor Tobias Lindner (Schola Cantorum Basiliensis). This year's theme:

The Great South and the Czech lands

The masterclass will include instruction sessions at organs in Kladruby and Plasy, a lecture by Štěpán Svoboda, the organologist of the Archdiocese of Prague, a concert by Professor Lindner (dates and places to be specified), as well as the traditional closing concert of the participants at the St John the Baptist church in Úterý on Sunday, August 30. A convenient base for the masterclass will be the community house Turbovna in Úterý.
